This was the hardest survey I've ever done o.o Can you tell I really like Mass Effect? :P

There are so many books I could suggest that are classics and well-read already, but I'm going to suggest a new and (probably) never heard of book. I only picked it up because it was bright red on the sci-fi shelf of Barnes n' Noble among a myriad of black and dark colored books.

Red Claw by Philip Palmer. It may not be a masterpiece of literature, but the story is new, refreshing, strange, interesting, and provides some insight on humanity and our potential future. How can you go wrong when the back of book describes: "Space marines and science heroes! Gryphons and godzillas!"? It's a mix of comedy and melancholy all the way through. I didn't want to put it down. It may not be for everyone, but I would give it a try, whether you're normally into sci-fi or not.

I would choose TV. I like being able to keep in touch with people, and a cell phone is the easiest way to do that. I really like having music to walk to class with and pass out mail with at my job, so it would be hard to go without music. If I don't have the TV, that's okay because there's always the internet, so it just seems like the best choice. I also don't watch that many shows.

Also, NaNoWriMo has begun! I love how slow the site is running because so many people are trying to access it lol.
